Initiated in 1996, the PACT (Proficiency and Access to Computer Technology) Program helps to fulfill parish elementary schools’ endeavors to keep pace with new technologies. With continued capital investment provided by the Connelly and Sullivan Foundations, accompanied by faculty training, the Philadelphia Archdiocesan schools have one of the most comprehensive and integrative K-12 approaches in the nation.
Investment Results- 2005-2008: 
- 111 schools installed new technology
- 60 schools participated in the Faculty Enrichment
- 1,039 teachers were trained and received Act 48 credit
Eligibility:
Parish elementary schools must have:
- Minimum enrollment of 200 students
- Plan for integration of technology across the curriculum
- Not received a Connelly or Sullivan technology grant in the past 3 years

2009 Application Deadline and Requirements:
All requests are due at the Office of Catholic Education addressed to Nancy Caramanico, Director of K-12 Technology, by February 28, 2009.

2. Check the box to be considered for the Faculty Enrichment course*
3. Complete and submit the Technology Grant Application form
*Schools applying for Faculty Enrichment must have teachers complete an online Technology Assessment Tool to inform course instructors of the faculty's proficiency levels and specific skills they desire to learn. (A link to this assessment will be emailed to the principal in early March for completion.)
The Connelly and Sullivan Foundations separately and independently review each individual school's grant application.
