Initiated in 1996, the PACT (Proficiency and Access to Computer Technology) Program helps to fulfill parish elementary schools’ endeavors to keep pace with new technologies. With continued capital investment provided by the Connelly and Sullivan Foundations, accompanied by faculty training, the Philadelphia Archdiocesan schools have one of the most comprehensive and integrative K-12 approaches in the nation.
Investment Results- 2006-2009: 
- 119 schools installed new technology
- 55 schools participated in the Faculty Enrichment
- 1,039 teachers were trained and received Act 48 credit
Eligibility:
All parish elementary schools are encouraged to apply for the grant. The eligibility requirment (not having been a technology grant recipient within the past 3 years) has been waived for 2010.
