The PACT course is designed to promote one's comfort and ability in using technology to teach, to communicate with students and parents, and to be more efficient in administrative tasks.
The course covers management tools, introduces peer lesson plans and explores more effective use of the Internet. Participants are expected to create and implement a lesson plan on the alternate weeks that class is not in session.
The course also introduces online resources entitled "Planting the Seeds of Success" which contains a variety of lesson plans and templates for all grades created by Archdiocesan parish elementary school teachers.

Schools applying for Faculty Enrichment will be requested to have their teachers complete an online Technology Assessment Tool that will inform course instructors of the faculty’s proficiency levels and specific skills they desire to learn. (A link to this online survey will be emailed to the principal in early March for completion by their faculty. Teachers completing the assessment will be identified by their school only but will remain anonymous. The assessment takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.)
